Lanarkshire Seed Savers Network

Have you received seeds at an event or from your local library? Register them below!

The Hub has teamed up with three partner organisations - Grow73, Viewpark Conservation Group and Getting Better Together - to establish the Lanarkshire Seed Savers Network.

This project aims to increase resilience to climate change, common pests and plant diseases by increasing the availability of open-pollinated seeds adapted to the specific growing conditions found across Lanarkshire and made accessible to anyone looking to grow more of their own food.

Lanarkshire Seed Savers Network hopes to raise awareness of the importance of seed-saving, provide practical advice on how to save seeds from a range of crops and bring gardeners and growers across Lanarkshire together.

If your organisation would like to join the network, please get in touch with Ben on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
